Shipping within the U.S.A takes 2-5 business days after placing an order. International orders placed from outside of the USA expect to receive your order between 7-25 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that we have no control over the transit times once we hand the package over to the shipping companies.
FromBotanicals is based in the United States - when ordering from a country outside of the United States it is your responsibility to check local customs laws prior to ordering our products internationally. FromBotanicals is not liable for customs fees, lost packages, or refused entry packages.
If your country subjects’ package to the Goods and Service Tax and/or duties, you (the customer) are responsible for this payment. If you deny the package due to these charges and the package is, then returned please be aware that you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your return upon receipt of your package and the remaining balance will then be refunded.
When will my tracking number update?
Please allow up to 72 hours for the USPS, FedEx, UPS & DHL to update the tracking info.
Customers have 5 calendar days to initiate the exchange of an item(s) from the date the item(s) are received. Customers must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of sending the item that an exchange is on its way to us. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs with the carrier of their choice. Clearance sales are final and cannot exchanged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
